The Women Political Leaders Summit annually gathers outstanding leaders from around the globe who share their solutions for pressing issues with the main focus being parity between men and women. Co-chaired by Amina J. Mohammed, Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations, the Women Political Leaders Summit 2021 highlights the critical role of women leaders in determining the post-Covid new normal.
In the 4 months leading up to the Summit, I took on the project of designing a new interactive web page, and supervising the process of developing the page with externals, bringing it to a successful conclusion. The campaign included a whole range of communication tools such as newsletters, invitation templates, social media posts, speaker cards, illustrations, and videos all within the Guidelines of Women Political Leaders.
Creating and using templates ensured that despite the hundreds of visuals needed, production time was not running high. Through the easily accessible Trello, all visuals were shared with the speakers. The speakers shared these visuals on their social media which created incredible traffic towards the Summit webpage.
